808 Kartel ("we," "us") operates djflippp.com, a live music-review service run by DJ Flippp. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

When you submit a song or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide: your name or artist name, email address, phone number, song link, and (for paid slots) payment confirmation details processed securely by Stripe or Shopify. We do not collect or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to: review and respond to your song submission; send you confirmation, submission, and reminder messages by email and text; let you know when you are up on stream; and tell you about your review options (Guaranteed Play and Skip The Line). Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Text messaging

By submitting the form and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from 808 Kartel related to your submission. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting in to texts is not required to make a purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers (such as Stripe and Shopify for payments, Google for forms and email, AWeber for email lists, and Twilio for text messaging) solely to operate this service. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP. To request deletion of your information, contact us at the email below.
